Bone soup

Bone soup

It's not one of my favorites, but when I do I like the smell so much that I fill my plate instantly: D

  • 2 onions
  • a big carrot
  • a captain celery
  • a parsnip
  • a bell pepper
  • 3 potatoes
  • a box of tomatoes in broth
  • pork bones
  • salt
  • 1 liter of borscht
  • green Lovage

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes


I put the vegetables (except the potatoes) on the large grater from the robot and I hardened them in half in 50 ml of oil and a cup of water, in which I put salt and a little thyme. I then added the tomatoes and 3-4 liters of water, after which I boiled the pork bones, which I scalded beforehand, separately. When the meat is cooked enough, add the diced potatoes and continue to boil. At the end we poured the borscht, hot.

Season with salt and sprinkle with green larch, in abundance.
