Chicken breast with gratin mushrooms
We wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
We clean the onion and finely chop it.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
We put the onion in the stew, then the mushrooms.
Cover them with water and let them drop to the right heat.
Towards the end we add tomato paste, wine, salt and pepper to taste and basil.
Leave the mushrooms on the fire until all the juice drops.
We wash the chicken breast, cut it into pieces and beat it a little with the sledgehammer.
In a bowl put 2 tablespoons oil, salt, pepper, paprika, crushed garlic clove and dried parsley.
Put the chicken in this mixture of spices, then put it in a grill pan and brown it on both sides.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter.
We place the chicken pieces in it, we put a composition with mushrooms on top, and on top we put the cheese given through the grater with large meshes.
Put 5-6 tablespoons of water in the bowl, then put it in the oven.
Turn on the oven and leave the dish there until the cheese melts and turns a light golden color.
We take out the bowl, then we can serve.
Sprinkle a little green parsley, and with a salad, a pickle is a goodness or you can eat it easily.
